I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! I went in as a walk in and the wait time was very fast. I went in very overwhelmed with my 3 kids being sick. But the doctor was so extremely helpful I left so relieved. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

This is my to go place when I'm having medical issues after hours both of the times I been here the doctors on duty take time to listen and give you the best advice for caring of the little ones. I do recommend this location location is always clean and restroom too keep up the good work.

I made an appointment online and it was a busy Wednesday but the Doctor was patient and very attentive to us. I appreciate the staff for their professionalism. We will definitely return.

This is my go-to urgent care for our little ones ! From the moment I reserve the apt to when we r seen , it’s always superb ! The facility is clean which is major plus !

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Our son (who goes in only because he gets an ear infection after our pediatrician's office is closed for the day) has come in now three different times and have had the BEST care with the physician on each visit. Our problem has always been with the receptionist. On our last visit, the receptionist was extremely rude when we first arrived, wouldn't help us check in when it was on her end regarding the check in process, and when we took our child outside so he doesn't disrupt the empty waiting room (honestly didn't want to anger the already perturbed receptionist) with his crying, she told us you'll lose your spot. I assured her that my husband would stay inside and she rolled her eyes and said "whatever". I understand your job might be difficult but you're the first person parents with a sick child sees. Being kind goes a long way and isn't too much to ask for.

My overall experience was awesome. Staff was great.

This is my go to Urgent Care. The MA and Provider are very friendly knowledgeable and understanding. They know what they are doing here and also work with you on self pay. The cheapest rate in town and trust me I have called around many places. I would not go anywhere else. Ms. Nida is amazing!

The doctor just kept shrugging his shoulders everytime I asked him a question. Told him what was happening and he kind of made me feel like I was over reacting. Asked him what are the next steps, and he explained. So I asked him (because he’s the doctor) if these next steps were necessary or what does he think and he said “well you’re here aren’t you” and I asked him well what do you think? And he just shrugged his shoulder. You can tell he did not take me serious at all and I felt like I was just wasting his time the entire time. Shrugged his shoulder twice to me when I asked him two questions. But still got some of the answers I needed.
