While every other urgent care within 10 miles had 2-4 hour wait times, I was able to make two immediate back to back appointments for my kids. When car troubles set us back 15 minutes, I called ahead and was treated with kindness and compassion. Both Dr. An and the person who checked us in were warm, welcoming, and took the time to listen to and speak with my children and not only me about their symptoms. I am so thankful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them!

Walked in early morning on a Saturday and was able to be seen quickly. Staff was pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

Had an inflamed left foot and was looked at by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time.

Had a sudden allergic reaction and they took great care of me. Immediately realized that I was not doing well and went right into action. Appreciate their attentiveness, awareness and kindness in their treatment.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I was able to get in right away, zero wait time. It was incredible! And I’m so thankful I did, turned out to be very serious, including a hospitalization. So happy I didn’t have to wait anywhere else. Definitely returning only here in the future.

Requested support for two issues, and they heard and documented it.  I told the front desk and the check-in nurse about the two issues, but the doctor only addressed one issue.   The time they allotted for support was very short for an 8 Am check-in.  I assume 30 min but doctor time was around 10 min or less I’m going on an international trip in 7 days and wanted to ensure my primary illness was addressed.  I asked questions, and the doctor said, “You have three minutes.”   I didn't get all my questions addressed and had to ask the nurse, who felt it was important and asked.   I don't know why they ignored my other issue when I addressed it twice to two staff.  I will still go back and use their services.

I hesitated all week about going to my local indigo, but with everyone in the household sick, I knew I couldn’t put it off any longer. Taking two kids under three along made it even more daunting. Without an appointment, I opted for a walk-in and was the second person through the door. Surprisingly, I was seen within 5 to 7 minutes of opening. The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and they were especially kind to my kids. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend it and will likely be back sooner than later, given how toddlers tend to pick up every germ in sight. Stay well! And thanks again indigo star!! ⭐️
