Needed a rapid PCR ASAP. Plenty of appointments were available, booking was easy, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the facility was beautiful and clean, getting set up with the app was painless. Carbon Health definitely sets a new standard for urgent care in my book.

It was a great experience. Among the staffs, everyone was willing to listen to your concerns especially the nurse, Alexa? I won’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to my relatives and friends, as my daughter recommended to me! 👍

Very competent and clean

At 5 hours the wait time was long. The bonus, after checking in I was able to leave to wait for a text at around the predicated time with lead for my travel. when I received my text and returned to the clinic, my wait time was less then 5 minutes. I am impressed. My PCP was 6 to 7 weeks out and a call to nurse + was for me to get seen right away ( possible heart issue). The clinic ARNP Didn't really want to address my issues as they felt it was a PCP type issue. Didn't really re assure me as to what May or may not be going on with me. Not impressed. Kinda had to push to get some lab work done. A few more minutes,a few more words would have made me feel a little more at ease. Now just hoping things go well for the next 7 weeks. Don't really know. Was told if persit contact PCP, or if worsen go to er. May be it was all they could do. Just confused with nurse+ telling to get in right away.ARNP was polite,just not very informative. Just because was there a week earlier for a infection late evening visit. Bam in and out fast, prompt care to wound . Was a very good experience for what it was. I will definitely go back before going to the chi Franciscan hell hole called er

Had appt but provider was running very behind. Wish we would have known in advance of arrival. Staff super friendly. Provider spent time and did not rush us in/out. Good experience.

I am so grateful for this clinic. My husband needed an emergent appointment today and there were no appointments available. When I called the clinic, they were wonderful at putting my husband on the waitlist and texting us when they had a room ready. We had no wait time when we arrived. The receptionist, Roman, the nurse, and Jennifer, the nurse practitioner, were very professional, friendly, and efficient, and our time spent in the clinic was relatively short and easy. We also got the prescription my husband needed within that next hour and were home resting after that. Thank you for excellent care!

The physician assistance talked with me, went beyond what is usually expected. There was not an x-ray technician on duty and she wanted very much for me to get an x-ray of my spine. She research the closest site to me, gave me the phone number, gave me the address to make, the visit convenient. I truly appreciate her.

Drive thru COVID vaccine clinic is awesome! Little to no wait and appointments make it super efficient. It is so easy with kiddos to drive thru. Thank you to the amazing and friendly staff!
