4/24 @ 12:15- I came for an appointment yesterday and was turned away by front desk due to overcrowding, with a pretty negative attitude. Came today for severe nausea and was argued with about whether I was pregnant or not, and the medicine I said I was allergic to. I've had great experiences with different staff there, but today was not great. I also had to ask several times to pay my copay and was told, "You don't HAVE to pay the copay today." A different APRN for my last visit went back and forth with me about correcting my pharmacy on file, stating "I was not there to know who said what", after I told her the wrong one was put on file.

I saw the nurse practitioner she was very nice and the poor staff honestly they were so sweet but man they’re worn out you can tell they’re exhausted with Covid I went in for a sinus infection the doctor was very thorough or nurse I should say she did PCR Covid I work with seniors couldn’t really offer much help with the sinus pressure and pain treatment… but overall she was very friendly

I was running a high fever, had a cough and high mucas in most of my coughs. I was examined and given a covid test that I preferred. It was negative which I believed would be, I was x-rated and pneumonia was ruled out. I was told I likely had a serious sinus infection and was given prescriptions for strong anti-biotic, cough pills and something to dry up the mucus. Very satisfied.
