I was so pleasantly surprised at how impressed I was with this facility, after finding them on a quick Google search! I utilized their urgent care service and ended up finding a new primary care doctor. Almost zero wait time, easy check-in process, online appointment booking and new patient forms, amazingly friendly, helpful and patient front office staff, beautiful office and Dr. Spann was informative, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and relatable. 10/10!

I had to go to the Prescott location for a severe sinus infection. I was a walk in and my wait time was 5 hours and I was in my car the whole time. My doctor Madison Smith made the wait time worth the visit. Great bedside manner and very funny. A week later I had to go in again for the same reason to get a stronger medicine. I went to the Prescott Valley location this time and had no wait time whatsoever. Very friendly staff and ironically enough I had Madison as my doctor again. She knew exactly what to do for me and sent me on my way. I would definitely recommend the Prescott Valley location over Prescott. Try to ask for Madison Smith she is an amazing doctor!

This happens to be my favorite place to get quick results for minor sickness issues like sinusitis. Everyone is friendly and the service for me was very quick. I really like the lady doctor in the mail doctor they have a good bedside manner as do the other assistants. Check in experience could be a little bit less especially for repeat patients like myself. Expectation is since I’ve been there more than once my name address all the medical papers that I’ve given the information on should be populated automatically as soon as I type my name and then of course the area for symptoms Hass to change because you’re not I sit for the same thing.

I was seen virtually for a Sinus infection I have been in medical field for 30+ yrs myself PA was great but since I said my husband was coughing for past month. Allergies and works outside in major dust etc. She recommended I get Covid test. Umm. NO No wonder why people end up going to ER freaking out about normal mild illness. I have a sinus infection end of story ! Thanks for the meds to clear it up. Feeling much better after 2 doses already

I am a nurse, I was very impressed, from intake (I did everything online prior to visit) intake was knowledgeable and pleasantly interceptive. The PA did a thorough exam. I totally agreed with the treatment plan. Prescriptions were called in immediately. I left with a treatment summary. I was in and out in 30 mins. I had a severe persistent cough, sinus infection, wheezing, etc.. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Goodyear Alliance from the time we have moved here. Sport physicals, sinus infections, imbedded sprinters. Our wait is never long, proper care is given and billing is always properly applied. I won’t go anywhere else.
