I have been here before and had a great experience This visit was totally different. Today took over 4 hours and that was with an appt. My husband sat outside and watched people who had appts after me leave while I sat in a room for over an hour waiting to be seen. It for sure was not the best experience. I hope in the future I have the experience I have had before today

Had a clogged right ear and couldn’t hear. Quick appointment and in 40 minutes I was done and my ears were clear and felt so much better. The staff was great and didn’t suggest anything that wasn’t necessary. Have been coming to this urgent care for years with my kids and it’s always a great experience. Thank you

My son jumped off the monkey bars and I brought him in. The experience was amazing and the staff were excellent I for sure will be back again

Scheduling was quick and easy! Once I got there, I was checked in and seen within 5/10 minutes. The staff and physician were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend NextCare to anyone.

Had/have something in my left eye. Felt great when he numbed it but a half hour later it’s back, unfortunately!

Great service. Friendly competent staff

Wait time was minimal on a Friday afternoon. Staff was knowledgeable. X-rays and reading was immediate and I didn’t have to go down the hill.

The whole process from scheduling to seeing the doctor was seamless.. I arrived early and got right in. I highly recommend them.

The floor of the waiting room needed to be swept. The check in staff was great and made sure my insurance was applied correctly. The care staff was very helpful

Everything went well and everyone was so kind. I did have to call later in the day to ask a question about pyridium and to see if I could get a script because I was concerned the Azo was not Interstitial Cystitis friendly and the ones I had at home were expired. The receptionist said she would get back to me after consulting the Dr. I didn't receive a phone call. That won't keep me from going there again if I need to.

Visiting from out of state and had trouble breathing and a cough. I got in right in. Staff was friendly and compassionate.

I received the care I can trust and I enjoyed my visit with the nurses andDr involved with my treatment.

All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Krissy, the NP, and Jason super patient and took time to explain things throughly. Wait time long, even with scheduled appointment. This time of the year it expected though.
