Ben the solo provider and NP was excellent with the amount of patients waiting to see him. This urgent care is extremely understaffed and more than likely underpaid and over worked. I did make an appointment. However, when I logged in I was checked in as a walk-in and waited over an hour.

I was just here to get an annual fit test done for my N 95 mask, and while a weight is never pleasant it’s to be expected and was reasonable. Best part was the clinician who took care of me. He was extremely friendly talk to me through the whole process, and understood my needs. He was wonderful. front staff was great and attentive as well.
