I saw Jill Postel who had been my PC for nearly a decade before she moved to Platte River. She was amazing. I’m so glad I was able to see her again at this new facility.  She is such an incredible listener, remembered all of my history, and truly cares. She is one of the best healthcare professionals I’ve ever worked with. Her nurse was also really great, as was everyone who worked with me there. Scheduling with the virtual assistant is really difficult. That is my only complaint.

I was charged a co-fee in error. $66.00. My secondary insurance was to pick up the difference of what Medicare didn't pay.

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. Armando was very nice and informative! Swabbing noses all day and still has a great attitude!

We have always received good care here and this was no exception. As a female coming in with a sensitive issue, the two males I worked with were nothing but professional and kind.

I really liked the doctor, she was so very nice and helpful…. Everything went really smoothly, it was a good experience.

Had a noon appointment (was confirmed morning of👍🏼) pretty much got right in on time.  Nurse practitioner saw me quickly and treated me.  Would definitely recommend
