You should put a street address and sign with the correct name on your building. I wasn't sure I was in the right place until I looked at a business card on the front desk. You are advertised as Solv (dumb name) but the signs all say Carbon Health. Really?

Best urgent care so caring. All staff great PA fabulous.

Excellent care, wait time was very short, check-in was very easy, and they were very friendly. Care providers listened very carefully and took lots of notes, they were very clear and their instructions. I would recommend carbon health care to everybody.

I ordered a PCR test. I got the results in 50 minutes! Fast! Extremely fast!

I wasn’t aware of Solv, so I was a walk-in patient. Even though my wait time was short, next time I’ll use Solv to book an appointment. I was impressed with the kindness/ friendliness of all persons who helped me- thank you for the care you provided!

I never knew this existed! What a Godsend for those critical medical issues when your child needs to be seen, but the peds. office is closed or has no appts. Our pediatrician recommended we go there after hours (5:00) and was even able to see they had open appts. untill 8pm on a Friday! You book online/the check-in process was awesome and describe as much as needed (had a special needs teen with an embarrassing issue who preferred a female). They made it happen, understood his innate quirkiness/anxiety. Really listened to me as a parent of a special kiddo without dismissing me or, acting stern, or trying to rush us. That meant a lot!! We needed an antibiotic going into a 3-day weekend. Wrote the Rx there and we were able to fill it near closing time at a pharmacy. Even though it was simple, they were lifesavers. And a positive place to go! The only computer glitch was they didn't get the info about the special needs/possible anxiety/unexpected behaviors ahead of time. Waiting was harder than it should have been. But they soon found my referral and understood. Wasn't busy at all on a Friday night. Thank you for your kindness!

Work over the road. Got sick. Came in over 800 miles from home. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Just what you want when not feeling well.

Doc doesn’t listen to mothers. And doesn’t take family dynamics into consideration.

When I was in one of the solo rooms registering over the camera with someone. I came out and my friend told me he heard every word that I had said, and the person on the other end had said. This included lots of personal information including my social security number. Every other bit of my visit was amazing, I just think it is horribly inappropriate that people in the waiting room could clearly hear a very personal point in my visit. Also on the privacy subject, I was informed of my diagnosis in a very busy waiting room. Especially since I had something contagious and it was explained “Although you cannot specifically spread the disease, if you cough or (I can’t remember exactly what was said here) you can give a cold or a flu”. This was shared to me as I was in a coughing fit next to an elderly couple who were probably fearing me spreading it to them. After the diagnosis was made, I had to sit in the waiting room (by no means am I complaining about the timeliness which was great) coughing next to high risk individuals who can die from what I have. I know it sounds like a lot but it was really just privacy I was concerned about. Otherwise, it was my best hospital experience to date, and I thank those who work in the medical field, and I especially thank those who helped me. They were very kind. Thank you.
