Clean,friendly and prompt service. Don't know how the pricing is as I have a $50 copay with my insurance. Check in is done via iPad this does speed up a check-in process.

My b/p was high and the doctor and staff were the best I had in a long time.

I have been to this west end urgent care I would say probably at least 10 times if not more!!!!they are the best!!from the moment you walk in they greet you with a smile and make the registration very easy just make sure you bring insurance cards.next which has never been a long wait for me you see p/stakes your complaint and history.then a few minutes later a Doctor comes in reviews info examines and every doctor I have had has spoken to me in terms I understood not some medical jargon!!!feel free to ask any questions all the doctors there p/a s and receptionists are the best.they even give u a printout of your diagnosis and tfeatment!!!SPECIAL THANKS TO THE HIGHLY Experienced Doctors!!WEST END CITY M.D.CIT

Clean facility with friendly staff and excellent doctors. My family used them for three emergencies with great results.

We had a wonderful experience at City MD Eastchester! The staff was friendly and helpful and available! They made us feel welcome and made it an easy experience! The location was clean and we had almost no wait time! 👍I would recommend this place to anyone needing to be tested or for medical attention!

Today was the first time I ever went to CityMD Urgent care. Vanessa at the front desk was friendly, professional and made my visit a great experience. I didn't know what to expect, and I was very pleased when walking in and waiting. Christina who showed me to the exam room and took my Vitals was amazing. At first I thought she was the Dr. She made me feel comfortable. The Dr was good as well. Thank you all very much.
