got my appointment changed to virtual and worked without a breeze

This is the second time in three days that I have been to this facility. A couple of days ago I had accidentally used Hibiclens to soak my contacts in and really burned my eyes. Ryan saw me immediately and flushed my eyes and gave me some drops to ease the pain. Then he made an appointment for me with an ophthalmologist and I was seen and treated within two hours. On top of all that he took the time after hours to call my phone to check in on me. Extraordinary care and concern! My wife made an appointment for herself this morning through Soly. We saw Ryan again. There was no waiting and again received excellent care. Many thanks to the whole staff and team.

I didn’t know this clinic opened, glad I know now. I got in for my appointment early and they took me a little early. The NP was friendly and the doctor took time with me & he was very nice. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Booking was simple and I didn’t have to fill out documents I completed online. Yayyy!!! Amazing, was the staff. I truly appreciated the professionalism and compassion. Thank you!

Great care. Only issue was I made the appointment online and got a confirmation text that I answered. yet when I got there I was not on the list and had to reregister for my appointment. Marcus the nurse and Diedre, the PA were excellent.
