Had a great experience staff was kind . Felt safe going in for my Coivd test .

Came for a Covid test, had to wait in line outside in the cold for two hours just to put my name on a list. Luckily I was number 12 out of 25 so I was able to get tested with my niece and nephew. Other than the wait before the facility opened everything else went smoothly.

Oh I got a negative Covid test but she did not go up my nose far enough so I just don’t trust this Covid test the other three Covid tests I got were positive and this happened to be the only negative but like I said I just don’t think it was done properly

I went for a Covid test. Waited 3 hours. They probably could use more staff due to Covid issues

We were there this morning for testing. The wait was a bit long BUT the service was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and funny. The girl that did our test was awesome. Dr.Goodman has our results in no time. I would highly recommend this facility for any needs. Andrews

We have been both insured and uninsured over the last 15 years and have been seen at the local hospital (UHC) and another nearby clinic where our PCP is. Our family's last 8 trips to MedExpress have been mixed but overall positive. Six times they correctly diagnosed the issue on the first try and provided initial care, sometimes resolving the issue, sometimes requiring a second visit or a visit to our PCP instead. The 7th time was a pre-surgery covid test which was handled very professionally although there was a significant wait time. Our 8th visit was negative with our primary concern being dismissed, then turning into an emergency requiring hospitalization 3 days later. Overall the staff has been friendly, straight-forward, and professional. The place has been almost spotless every time. The cost was always near the max they quoted and a method of payment was required up front for the times we didn't have insurance.

Everyhthing was positive & wonderful Staff was accommodating & friendly even considering how busy Riverdale Urgent Care was. The doctor was wonderful whole even having issues w/computers that were down!!! Very impressed Only little negative was such a large group of people who were sick including myself, had to wait...That was not the staffs fault.. It was ours for begin sick. .Covid creates that. Would recommend to anyone in the future!

It was quick to sign in but long wait to be seen was ridiculous. It’s supposed to be urgent care but it takes just as long as if you went to the the hospital. I literally was sitting there for two hrs before I was seen which I only went in there to get a PPD test for work done and that only takes less than 5mins to do

I love how the covid testing part was separate from the rest of the clinic (safer for everyone). I spoke to the lady serving me. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was not very responsive or friendly. Otherwise, a great experience. They were ready for me early so I was in and out.

Long wait for testing, but polite, helpful, and efficient when we finally got rolling.

I was so impressed with my first visit that I wanted to write a review. The place was so clean, yet warm and welcoming. Each staff member was very attentive and so very pleasant with me. I had Robert Valley MD and he was excellent. He was caring, sweet and I just wish he had his own practice. Gosh, I adore him. I was treated and my scripts were sent to my pharmacy while I was checking out. He knew exactly how to treat my ailment and had me feeling better within hours. I will definitely go back there if I ever have the need. I strongly recommend this office!

About

About GoHealth Urgent Care

GoHealth Urgent Care was founded in 2014 and launched its first centers in partnership with Northwell Health, New York's largest health system, opening in Forest Hills, Queens. The company is built around a joint venture model in which GoHealth serves as the operational and management partner to major health systems, with clinics co-branded under the health system's name. Over the following decade, GoHealth expanded to include partnerships with Legacy Health in the Portland-Vancouver area and, in California, with Dignity Health — a relationship that transitioned to a co-branded partnership with UCSF Health in 2024. The company moved its headquarters to Atlanta and grew past 200 centers. GoHealth's model emphasizes technology-enabled care navigation and integration with the partner health system's electronic health records, allowing urgent care visits to connect to follow-up specialty and primary care within the affiliated network. The company is backed by Cigna subsidiary Evernorth among other investors.
