Quick in and out for rapid test

The girls that work at the front desk are always so friendly and accommodating, and the doctor that came in to see us took so much time to explain everything about the virus!!! I came with my two daughters and our last name is Meltzer. I don’t remember the doctor‘s last name but she was such a doll And she gave us such a good explanation of the rapid test versus the PCR.

You really need to hire more than one front desk person. She is overwhelmed and things are completely log jammed there. We had the first appointment of the day at 8a and weren’t seen until after 830. A desperate father came in to get their Covid results so their kid could go back to school (same day Monday). He said he had emailed and called and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. She told him “well I’m only one person”. She then printed his results which obviously had just been sitting there. I got a rapid test because I was afraid of having a similar experience getting a pcr test- I found it near impossible to get the actual results the last time I did it as well and had to come in. You are doing a heavy volume of testing but do not have a proper plan in place to give people the results of pcr tests. And you have one front desk receptionist left to deal with everyone and everything. It’s a case of being cheap in the wrong place .

My appointment was for Covid testing. Great experience. Front desk was very efficient and the Dr. Hamarsha was excellent, very caring and approachable.

The reason for our visit to get a covid test for my daughter. We had an advance appointment, but the wait time was still over an hour. The check in process was confusing, you have to wait outside until you are called into the building. I would have been ok with waiting outside, however the staff asked us to wait in the small vestibule between the front door and outside door. I was uncomfortable since 4 people were in this space with no social distancing markers. I could not see our actual place in line through the application (I would like to have monitored my spot this way & stayed outside or been permitted to proceed to the waiting room which was very clean and spacious), when I asked why the staff said we were about to be called (we still waited for a lengthy time after that). The actual test was fast, the exam room clean, & nice bedside manner. I would return but insist on waiting outside.

Everyone with whom I dealt was lovely, in particular, Dr. Shahd Hamarsha. She spent a considerable amount of time explaining the differences between the rapid Covid test and the one I had today. She has such a delightful manner, which is evident even while wearing a mask!

The staff came out frequently to apprise us of how much longer to wait before coming into the facility to be seen. Once in, John, who did the COVID test on my son was both professional and reassuring and did a smooth job. Our doctor was friendly and thorough and reminded my son that although his age group mostly didn’t get as sick with COVID, he should be attentive to do what he can to lessen the spread. The result came back quickly and we were on our way. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and made a visit that my son anticipated with trepidation, quite pleasant.

For covid testing, so quick if you make an appointment online. The process is really efficient, the staff and doctors are extremely friendly, and the office is super clean. Highly recommend!

Took 6 hrs to get a rapid COVID test

Nice staff, long wait time due to the amount of Covid testing.

From beginning to end, our visit was seamless. We came in for rapid Covid testing and everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. Thank you again!!!!

Well organized. Inspires confidence in these scary times. Love that they schedule test appts and manage carefully. Wonderful doctor and nurse attended. I wish they were An adult urgent care all the time!

There was only one patient before me but I was asked to wait, even before they took my sons name. We waited 45 minutes before even being registered. The waiting room was empty. I could understand if there were many people but there was just one person before us . My son was a walk-in. I ended up canceling my appointment for my daughter later in the day because of how long it took for my son. My son had already been there before as well. Not sure why the front end process takes so long. It doesn’t seem efficient or practical. I will be going elsewhere for covid testing.

The technician who did my Covid test was great. Quick, friendly and gentle. The front desk receptionist was not informative and a bit rude.

Brought my daughter in for a covid test so she can return to school. Children not given priority even though it is a pediatric urgent care center. Waited 4 hours!

The staff was lovely. HOWEVER this is a pediatric urgent care and me and my 4 year old waited 6 hours to get tested. If this was a basically urgent care sure. I think whoever comes with a child should be prioritized and not kept waiting 6 hours. I did 3 hours outside and then 3 hours inside. You need more staff! Overwhelming the front desk with so many people coming from every corner that poor employee. Ridiculous. I would never come here spent my entire day from 10am -5pm there.

The wait time was appalling—it took 3 hours to be seen for a COVID test, with only about 10-15 people ahead of us. Seemed way understaffed.

Wait time for my walk in appointment for COVID testing was 2.5 hours. That said, I recognize this is part of the rush for testing before Thanksgiving. The larger issue is that I observed one of the staff members being rude and unhelpful to a fellow patient, including when she remonstrated him to recognize that ProHealth was doing him a favor by allowing him to walk in (which is clearly not the case). The other employees did not intervene and allowed the employee to continue to bully the patient. That was enough for me to avoid ProHealth going forward.
