Great knowledgeable P.A's, the staff here are amazing and its a very clean facility! I've been to this location 2x once for my toddler daughter..the providers were so caring and gentle with her...I strongly recommended ProHealth Urgent Care

Everyone was welcoming and moved at a fast pace did not have to wait long to be seen. We were in and out I would recommend Pro Health urgent care in riverhead.... and the workers were phenomenal thank you for helping my family during this pandemic

My husband and I recent booked COVID tests. The staff at ProHEALTH went out of their way to assist with scheduling, welcome us when we arrived and respond to questions.

Everyone from the front desk people, to the doctor to Marty Erica etc. Janine who made the appointment for me were such a kind, caring, beautiful representation of outstanding medical care. Our 94-year-old daddy had to be sent back to the nursing home therefore requiring a rapid test and instead of us having to bring him inside, he is disabled, Marty and the doctor offered to come outside to administer the test. It was such a relief for us and much appreciated. So nice to see that kindness in this day and I will absolutely recommend prohealth going forward. Cheers to all on the team. You can see there is a mutual respect among that very cohesive, professional group

It was 37° out and windy! You’re forced to stand online outside for a test. There has to be a better way to not have people standing out in frigid temperatures. let them call and give them a number some thing else. We treat our clients and their pets more humanely at our animal hospital!
