I was advised I had been exposed to a Covid positive co worker and required a test. Made the appointment on line for next morning, confirmation and specific instructions sent via email. Arrived at the appointed time, texted my arrival to clinic, they called me on phone advised me of masking and glove procedures for entry (they will provide if you don't have) Physician's Assistant preformed check, approximately 30 minutes from arrival to departure with my results and follow on instructions. They took a quick response test received my results during the visit. A long, send out test, was also taken to rule out false positive. Excellent experience.

I have a physician that I treat with on a regular basis. However, lately, even if I call with a matter or try to set up an appointment I get an answering machine. “Leave a message and we will call you back.” 4 hours later, I get a call and am told “we can book you in next week.” I have since simply gone to WellNow. Service is prompt, professional, and informative. Treated with dignity and if your medical issue cannot be handled in office, you are given proper advice on other appropriate medical treatment. Ironically, the doctor’s office is no longer my first option.
