I was able to get checked in earlier than the scheduled time, all the the staff was very friendly and polite

Staff was friendly and polite. In and out in under an hour. Used their street smarts to diagnose me after all test performed came back negative, which is a plus. I don’t like doctors who are straight by the book. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of an urgent care.

I came in ten minutes before closing with second degree burns from spilling boiling water on my stomach, and the nurses and doctors treated me so well. No one rushed me out despite the time. The doctor was very caring and compassionate. The staff really cares. Thank you all for your help.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about.
