I went to Indigo yesterday for a covid test. While I was making my appointment, I noticed the reviews. The three I read were all bad. Saying that they were impolite and took too long. I wasn’t sure what to expect. When I got there, they were all polite and professional. It was a great experience except for the cotton swab up the nose,and that was not her fault. I just wish people could be more patient and cut health care workers some slack. I think they deserve it.

This was my first experience at Multicare Indigo Urgent Care. The staff was friendly and quick to serve my health needs. I would recommend them over a hospital emergency visit if one's symptoms warrant it.

Two young sick children plus one sick mama during a pandemic usually makes for an unpleasant experience. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and sympathetic. They worked together to be efficient and fast to get the kids through the regular check up portion of the visit. The practitioner was thorough and understanding. He was wonderful with my distressed and sick kiddos. Everyone went above and beyond to improve our experience. I have been here many times in the past and am always treated with the same wonderful care!

Amazing. Kind caring quick. Would recommend to other patients for great care at an urgent care. My back was hurting and taken right back to room. Then checked in by CMA Melissa and seen by provider Tina Bunch ARNP. Very kind and helpful when I was in pain. Thank you. Windy CMA and was very kind also.

I was so pleased with all of the people I had contact. I talked to a lot of different people on the phone setting up the appointment and they were all so nice. Especially when you aren’t sure what to do about scheduling for three people and not just one. I would recommend anyone who needs urgent care to go there.

It was fantastic !! From the moment that I walked in to leaving I was impressed. All the staff that I came into contact with were pleasant and welcoming. I received great care down the tech, and the provider was good. Overall I wasn’t feeling well but it was a great experience for an urgent care.

Overall it was a very good experience, as have been the other times I’ve been there. My only concern is: both my husband and I went in for COVID testing. We are both sick with symptoms and have been exposed to another person who tested positive. I was very astounded that they allowed us to waiting the waiting room to be seen. I assumed they would have us wait in our car/outside because of our symptoms and exposure.

Staff were incredibly kind! Facility was modern and clean! I’m disappointed at the fact that the nurse doing the swab failed to explain the swab process thoroughly with my daughter which alarmed her when she completed the nasal swab. The provider already had the care notes (discharge paperwork) before she even evaluated my daughter. I had to ask her how to treat symptoms since all she said was a ‘cough’. The provider also didn’t give any direction on how to receive test results for the Covid testing. Upon leaving I noticed that the discharge paperwork wasn’t accurate. It showed my daughter who is 5’7” 160 at a BMI of almost 36 and 4’8” for her height. I called back subsequently to the clinic to have them update the info as my daughter definitely doesn’t have a BMI of 35, and to also obtain info getting results.

This was honestly the best urgent care experience I have ever had. First of all, this is the nicest urgent care I have ever been in. Second of all, They listened to everything I had to say and made me feel heard. They were respectful and just very nice. Third of all, 10/10 would recommend.

My 6 year old fell off a swing and was complaining about her stomach was hurting. Dr Miller was great and made her feel comfortable about being there, and explained to us what to watch out for throughout the night in case it got worse. It gave us piece of mind and we were very happy they got us in so late in the day. Thank you to the Dr. and staff for being great to us. John Mitchell
