It has always been hard to get in here, because wait times are so long, but when I broke my finger they got me in right away and took care of me so well. The X-ray techs was beyond nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and honest when he didn’t know something…recommended a specialist. This is the best Indigo experience I’ve ever had. I’ll return here if I need an urgent care visit.

This is our “go-to” urgent care place for the few times we’ve needed them, especially for circumstances where we can’t wait several weeks to see our primary care physician. For a walk-in on a late Sunday afternoon, the wait wasn’t all too bad. I personally really liked that I could check in and then go home to wait while I watched the live wait status at home until my time “in line” got closer. The staff is always friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and caring.

Needed to get Covid test. Walked in and was told first appointment was about 5 hours out. Checked in online. Appointment was available sooner than originally expected. Initially got into the exam room very quickly. Then was told it would be 20-25 minutes before anyone came in. Approximately 35 minutes later someone popped their head in and said it would 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later things started moving. All were very helpful and friendly from then on. Much quicker than ER. Would come again in similar need.

From the very moment one steps into Indigos Urgent Care in MV one feels cared for and already on the road to healing! Dr. Marshal and his MA Geraldine and the lovely lady at the front desk (could not see her name) made me feel my concerns mattered and went the extra mile to make sure there was nothing missed in the diagnosis. Thank you! I was especially blown away when Dr. Marshal remembered me and our conversation about my daughter from a previous visit 7 months earlier! How wonderful he must make every patient feel! He is an epitome of a true healer!

Very pleasant experience for me and my grandson. We did a walk in , so the wait was a bit longer than expected . But as expected . He needed a rapid Covid test , and the nurse was very gentle with the test. She was surprised she actually got a smile out of him.

The friendliest urgent Care I've ever been to. I was even offered something to drink which included hot water or tea or hot chocolate! I declined but it made me think if I had children how nice that would be for the kids. after being in a car accident the last thing I wanted to do was to go to urgent care, so it was nice that the visit was so friendly and efficient.

The staff at this Indigo Urgent Care are always so friendly and listen to all of my concerns. I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circumstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.
