I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. From the initial phone call to my being welcomed warmly by the receptionist area I felt a sense of relief. My experience with the Nurse and the Doctor was positive and reassuring . This is the second time I have had to use Urgent Care and I heartily recommend them especially if you need to be seen promptly and your own PCP is not available . They are a great option
