DR, TAKANO TREATED ME FOR THE LARGE CUT IN MY LEG THAT I CUT WITH MY CHAIN SAW. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE WAS VERY POSITIVE AND ASSURED ME I WAS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL GOOD. WHEN SHE PUT IN THE MULTIPLE STITCHES I DID NOT FEEL A THING. SHE IS A GREAT DOCTOR. I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO HER AND HER POSITIVE ATTITUDE. My experience with this clinic has been fantastic! Dr. Denley, in particular has been so amazing. In his thoughtful and kind ways, he has guided me through two major surgeries. He was always there to answer questions, relieve fears and help keep my spirits up! The service at the clinic, is personal, professional, kind...........I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW WONDERFUL MY EXPERIENCES AT QH WALKIN CLINIC HAVE BEEN FOR YEARS AN YEARS! The office staff, though hurried at times, have always been kind and helpful and offered personal service and assistance when needed. Dr. Buffman is also excellent. I highly recommend QH WALK IN CLINIC.

I have no idea why this group's rating is low. I have been here several times they are always polite and give good care. I gave a 4 for wait times because you always wait when you go to the Doctor.
