Had a low grade fever, soar throat, body ache. Went to urgent care. Tested for covid, flu & strep. They were all negative. They did perform tests but however they didn't explain what the problem was. She prescribed me meds for congestion and coughs. Overall, I wasn't really happy because I didn't know what was wrong with me. She told me that it was a virus. She didn't explain if it contagious or not.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Great staff. Very friendly, helpful and informative. They answered all my questions and were very attentive to my concerns. They made this a very positive experience.

Sinus headache front desk staff was very friendly however, doctor did not touch me. He had a student with him. He asked me some questions I said to him you didn’t even look at my ear you didn’t touch me. He just asked me that I have the same symptoms before I’ll give you antibiotics, I sold him the ones I did not want give me amoxicillin when I look outside. He’s looking at my chart and the students online at dresses not a good look. .

The PA and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, was so nice and very knowledgeable and thourogh. She thankfully did not believe the X-ray was correct and strongly encouraged me to see an orthopedist. There was indeed a fracture. I am truly thankful for her advice.

Did not care for nurse practitioner. I know when I need an antibiotic. So wait til it gets worse instead of nipping it in the Budd. I haven't been sick since 2918 and this child doesn't know much. 😕 And I like this office. Next time I will wait and see my own health care provider. Sorry

Had kidney pain. Doctor took the time to discuss pro and cons of treatment.  Staff was very friendly and helpful.  I would recommend this care provider.

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

Did wrong diagnosis. Staff who conducted Quick test said that strep throat test is positive and antibiotics should be started . On our request , same time culture test was also taken whose results showed negative result for strep throat.  Because of wrong diagnosis, antibiotics was taken for 2 days

Everyone in the office was professional. They were genuinely concerned about my health.

I would recommend this facility to everyone, nice staff service physician etc.
