I needed to be seen late in the evening and was able to get an appointment almost immediately. There was little wait time, staff was verry pleasant and efficient and I saw the doctor right away. It was an excellent experience and I would use this urgent care again-highly recommended!

If you find that you need an urgent care center, this place is open on Sundays. I immediately made an appointment this morning, feb 18, 2024. I had to work today, was about 20 minutes late for my appt, and they were so pleasant when I arrived. I thought I had an ear infection; turns out I had a massive amount of ear wax in my left ear. Sarah and Jessica were very friendly and personable. Doctor Courtney was also very thorough. I'll be picking up my prescription at Walgreens tomorrow. Sarah was gentle and she removed so much wax from my ear. What a blessing to have this urgent care center near my job. I highly reccomend this amazing urgent care center.❤🙏

The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!

I accidentally sliced off the side of finger and they helped staunch the bleeding and reassured me that no further care was needed. Much better then going to the emergency room. Great and friendly care.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

The medical assistant here is our favorite and the doctors are awesome as well!

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

Show up without appointed got in within 15 minutes and seen within next 15. Staff and doctor were nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent care

I was given a copay that based on my insurance, that amount given to me by the receptionist does not even exist...not to mention, my wife visited there just a few days ago (same insurance) and she paid a different amount for her copay, where it should have been the same copay amount. I also used their system to upload certain documents/insurance card and I was told at the front desk that they need to see them again as they were never entered in the system... Check-in experience was poor. However, once I was checked in, the person that took my vital signs was good, aside from where I asked two questions and at the end of his response was .... "I guess" instead of going to the doctor and ask. I ended up suggestion to please go ask the doctor since he seemed unsured. The doctor who took care of me was great, very knowledgeable and wrote down everything she told me verbally. FYI: My wait time was just a few minutes as I did go late at night but as mentioned above, the check-in process was ....challenging..

I accidentally cut my hand while preparing dinner and couldn't control the bleeding. Knowing Fast Track was close by and open late, I went over immediately without an appointment. I was greeted immediately upon entry and guided through the check in process. The doctor and nurse were very professional and friendly, providing the information I needed on next steps and what symptoms I should watch for. I'm very glad Fast Track is in Kensington and able to treat acute injuries with kindness and care.

Went in for a quick TB test, the receptionist and the medical assistant on duty were both amazing! Professional and friendly, and also knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process because I had no idea what i was doing. Thank you ladies! :)

From the beginning to end was so pleasant the greetings I felt at ease. The Doctor was very nice made sure I understood everything she made feel she cared you don’t get that much these days.  Thank you
