Easy check in, Quick wait, In N out Within an hour only because on I need blood work drawn. And my veins weren't given blood today. I just said no, but that's O k, usually it's less than 30 minutes in and out. Cut my paperwork supposed to go to a different clinic. So I can get scans done. And the one of the clinics that they recommended. I've already been to which is nice easy and convenient. And they told me that within 1 to 3 days. I should have results. Also I got a free bottle of water. Which was offered to me. While I was waiting to be seen in my room. Still wait easier than going to the e Still wait easier than going to the ER

My daughter sprained her ankle during practice and we needed an xray to rule out fracture. It was the end of day for this location but they were able to squeeze my daughter in. From the front desk, the intake nurse, the tech who escorted my daughter to xray, the ARNP and the med assistant who wrapped up the visit were amazing! Thank you for not making us feel rushed nor a burden. A wonderful all female staff. 👏

The staff is so good with my toddler. They were so patient and understanding and even provide snacks and beverages for both. It was such a great experience and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Had an inflamed left foot and was looked at by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time.

Waited an hour to see provider everything else about clinic was great!

Had an intense ear ache and needed to be seen asap. I was able to schedule an in-person appointment without delay. A virtual was also available if preferred. I appreciated having that option as well. I was seen quickly and got the treatment and meds same day. I'm feeling much better already!

I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important.  Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
