I came in for an urgent care visit late in the evening when the other urgent care centers were closed. NP Debela was caring, empathetic, nonjudgmental and highly knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better provider. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and will return to her next time.

Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. I made an appointment online and still waited an hour to be seen after my appointment time. No one apologized or mentioned the wait. The assistant I saw was short with me and showed little empathy. I was only going to be seen for a simple UTI. The time from checking in to leaving was 2 hours and my total face to face time with any provider was less than 5min.

I care was excellent, explained well .

Friendly environment and everything is on point . Will go there again.
