I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

After treatment, Beatrice encouraged me to go directly to the ER because my situation could have been life threatening. I was very sick, however I was fortunate my critical tests came out negative at the ER. Throughout the week Beatrice had called my to see how I was doing which I consider going above and beyond. Again, the employees at this Urgent Care were not just knowledgeable, but had a human side of truly caring for the patients.
