Never told during the scheduling process that there was not an x ray tech on duty that evening. I want informed until after I drove there after work. So I had to go across town, during rush hour, to get the x ray. Everything else was 5 stars!!

This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. The check-in process is a breeze especially when making an appointment online thru the Solv app. I definitely would recommend this urgent to anyone!!! Amazing job

have been dealing with reoccurring itchiness for 5 months. went in for steroid shot, they wouldn’t listen to me whatsoever and put me on anxiety med. it made things much worse and also worsened my mental health. wouldn’t recommend.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
