Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

Dr.Lee was very kind and helpful with his advice on my ring finger and pinky finger that got hurt I felt alot better after my visit to the clinic and believe my fingers will be just fine. Thank you.

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. While visiting from out of town my 5 year old started running a high fever and had a sore throat. Urgent care for kids in McKinney was amazing! They were so patient and kind, we were seen quickly. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had taking any of my children to the doctor.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
