I love the staff and the mood and the service here best urgent care in Connecticut!

I easily scheduled an appt online for a physical that was required for a new job. The entire staff was terrific. They were friendly, efficient and were able to answer any questions I had.  The appt. took longer than I expected, however, the staff kept checking in so it didn’t feel as long as it was. I would definitely go back to this clinic in the future if I needed a service they provided!

It was very easy to go online to book my appointment. Though this office was extremely short staffed. The one staff member and Doctor that were on duty were fantastic. They both were very apologetic for the wait. I also understand that doctors office staff also gets sick. I would recommend going to this office again.

Sheree & front desk staff were kind and courteous! Office was very clean & they answered any questions I had, even when I had to call the office back later in the day. I got my prescriptions fast too. Would definitely return here if I needed urgent care!

Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
