I’ve unfortunately had to take all 3 of my kids including an infant here this cold season, which has barely started! The doctors are always amazing. Office staff is kind. The nurses always get my twin preschoolers to laugh. A huge thank you to both Dr Friedman and Dr he, who have managed to get my preschoolers over their fear of checking their ears! Thank you so much. Through croup, RSV, paraflu, pink eyes, and ear infections… you’re always awesome. Thank you!

I didn’t realize you could make an appointment online so my wait time was a little longer than I expected. Other than that everyone was very professional

The two staff who were working were great. Great because they are overwhelmed And still managed to take care of everyone.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I made a appt and there was no one waiting. Registration was fast, staff/dr was pleasant and knowledgeable. Great experience.
