My LabCorp in Campbell, California, does an excellent job of moving patients in and out in a friendly manner. It helps if you have an appointment. There have been a couple of times when only one phlebotomist was working, yet with their calm and efficient manner, things ran smoothly. Using the online app is the best way to schedule your appointment.

My biggest concern is having patients wait together in the waiting room. Even with masks, being in a small, enclosed, uncirculated space seems like a breeding ground for Covid—especially when the place is a doctor’s office. I’d personally prefer patients wait outside spaced apart of that the door at least be propped open to circulate air better.
