I have seen Matt and I love him, he is my favorite . He is great, I would not go anywhere els, and Mike he is great to. I give them 5 stars and I really appreciate them and there staff, good job. Ignore all the old reviews, there is a new doctor in charge and she is amazing! I've been to the office on 2 occasions in 2023 and the staff has been friendly and helpful both times. The office and the rooms are clean and tidy. I didn't wait long either time to be put in a room, and once in the room waited about the expected time to be seen. Dr Cruz does a great job of listening to the reasons for being in the clinic and was very thorough with solutions. I was able to go next door to a different medical office for an xray and got that done very quickly, and then Dr Cruz gave me the results and a treatment plan. She even followed up with me the next morning to see how I was doing.

I also have PDD and flip out if something changes on me. I have been demanding and not always been easy to deal with, Urgent family Care has been patients and has gone over and beyond what just a usual clinic would do. I've had many experiences at other places but they have always been able to help no matter what my condition or attitude when I get there.
