Booked an appointment online as I was on a time limit and could not just do a walk in and wait. When I go there there were 15 people in the office as it just opened. My appointment was at 8:03. I was informed that this is a walk in only clinic and signing in online is not making an appointment as they do not do appointments and I would have to wait till the other people were seen as they walked in first. Well your website in no way states walk-in office only but In fact states to save your place in line and to make an appointment. If this is how your office works with misleading patients I will not return and will not tell others to go there.

Had elbow pain and went here for xray. Went great but busy time of season. Thanks for the care and best to all the other patients today. Thanks for the docs and nurses today!

Had an ear infection walked in no wait time. Front office staff Crystal was so very helpful and genuinely kind!!! The office was extremely clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone!!!
