I must say that in a time of chaos (COVID) the staff was so friendly, patient and professional. The wait time is very minimal for walk-ins and almost non-existent if you have an appointment. My appointment was at 10:00 am for my two son’s and by 11:20am we were home with results. The cleanliness of the office was superb. I highly recommend this place 5 stars!

I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. An outstanding practice - in every way. Greeted when I walked in with an appointment. Helder Rebelo PA is an amazing practitioner. I've been in his care for over 20 some years. His staff is professional, courteous and wonderful. I would never think of going anywhere else when it comes to my primary health care. Am well into my 60's and no way would I go anywhere else for my first line of advice.
