Yesterday, I went to TGH Urgent Care Fast Track at Wesley Chapel, and was extremely impressed by the entire staff’s excellent customer service, professionalism, thoroughness with which they reviewed my medications, and medical history, and timeliness with which they saw me. I had never been there, and so this was a new experience for me. The NP who I saw, Ms. Braunlin McDonald, was outstanding. Her communication and listening skills, competence, kindness, medical reports, and more, were first-rate. The facility was well-run, and immaculate. I have been in the medical field for 37 years, and tend to cynically scrutinize the facility and personnel with whom I am trusting my medical care. Let me tell you—-TGH Urgent Care Fast Track at Wesley Chapel did not disappoint! If I needed urgent care, I would go back there in an instant, and would encourage those who need urgent medical assistance to do the same.

The staff was amazing and the Arnp was very concerning. Came here before never had a issue would recommend to others.

The staff at this location has always done a good job of drawing blood, especially Susan. I always make a reservation, and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my reservation time. Staff is both professional and friendly, which is not a combination of behaviors that is easy to accomplish.

I‘m a patient from Germany and had to visit BayCare during my vacation. I am a frequent visitor in Florida. I felt very comfortable and despite some initial technical problems with the registration, everything was handled flawlessly. Thx a lot
