I came here after being turned down by University of Chicago urgent care across the street. I have been having back pain for the past three days I was able to be seen within 20 minutes of walking-in. The front desk staff was very pleasant and professional. The place was also very clean as well. I want to give a huge thank you to nurse practitioner Erica Dent. She is the best!!! She was very pleasant, professional and patient with me regarding my situation and made me feel very comfortable.

The doctor and staff was nice . He talked to fast I couldn’t really understand but doctors really don’t like to repeat themselves

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Super friendly and they listened to every concern we had. I did feel dismissed and I felt I got some kind of result walking out of the office. They were really kind to my 8yr old and were concern with her pain. Thank u everyone .I recommend this urgent care. Wait time was low and my check in process was fast. The doctor was super concern with my daughter's issues wait time was low.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

It was a breeze checking in as I had pre scheduled online. Staff were exceptional, and I only waited like 5 mins before they took me back. Great service and I would highly recommend this company.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
