Excellent Customer Service. Office Staff and Dr. staff was very friendly. I would recommend this Indigo office.

Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

The staff and providers are caring, listening, polite, and respectful.  Every single time I have received care from Indigo staff, I have felt heard and cared for.

Scheduling, check-in, all service, and communication from staff members was excellent. Nice to have such great service and care.

I slipped on the stairs in my apartment building and within a few hours, my ankle looked like a giant deformed water balloon. Made an appointment at the Indigo clinic by Wright Park. The staff was helpful and efficient. They took an xray right there.,  gave me a brace and I was on my way! It was efficient and easy peasy. I highly recommend this facility

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
