I was unable to schedule my appointment online, having issues with my phone and Internet - Miss Ronnie at the front desk is so very kind and helpful, she got me checked in right away! The nurse I saw today is also very kind and compassionate, I'm sorry I didn't get her name - she gave an injection, it didn't hurt - she did a great job. The doctor I saw today is also very kind and compassionate, he listened to all my issues and also offered to help me find a PCP for moving forward. I tested positive for the flu and am feeling horrible. Your staff is so awesome, they really care about the patients they are seeing and we can tell! Thank you for reading my review, and please thank your staff for me again!!

Took a very long time got my daughter to be seen close to an hour? That’s my only complaint.

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?

Staff made me feel very dismissed with my concerns and how I was feeling and wrote off the weeks of illness I have been doing with. Bed side manner  needs a little work.

I came in for a pre-employee drug test and it was very very easy All around.

I was in a lot of ear pain and had Covid as well. I had been in the office preciously and the attention was completely different. Dr. Romeika Campbell is truly the best doctor that has helped me in this location. Very caring, very patient and takes her time really trying to help you and providing the correct antibiotics. The nurse that was assisting her was also very caring when she gave me two injections.

I drove in without an appointment and the receptionist could not have been nicer. She greatly simplified signing in, which was t that difficult to start with. Everyone I came in contact with was wonderful and I the confidence of the doctor sealed the deal. If I need care again I will be going here first.

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

The staff did an amazing job even with complications from Hurricane Beryl. The wait was longer than usual but our visit was pleasant and everyone was kind.

First time here and everything from the check in to check out were friendly and caring staff. Doctor really explained everything in details. Highly recommend this urgent care.
