Been sick for a week. Went in for an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment. No wait time - which was awesome. Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. Had my diagnosis and scrip within 30 minutes and got to get on with my day. I will absolutely come here again.

Because my ear was clogged up so bad I couldn’t hear. I went to the west Oaks Urgent Care Center and got check in very quick I was in and out less than 30 minute. Everybody was so friendly I knew I was in the right places. My nurse Kris Bondoc he is the best a long with Dr Doliho the MD what an awesome team they have at this clinic. Because your guys I can hear now. Thank you so much

5 stars to all but the doctor! I booked an appointment online, arrived on time but still had to wait 15-20 minutes. The wonderful nurse, Leslie, treated me like an old friend and bent over backwards to make me feel peaceful and calm. I’d give her 20 stars, if possible! The doctor wasn’t very friendly, let alone cheerful, (horrible “bedside manner”), unlike the nurse and receptionist. He frowned most of the time and acted as if he wanted to stay as far away from me as possible. However, I believe his diagnosis and prescription order were correct. I just don’t know what I might have done or said to have prompted his unfriendly treatment of me. My treatment by the man I spoke with on the phone the previous day was entirely different. He was warm and friendly, like nurse Leslie. Perhaps this doctor ,(“Val”?) was worried about something or just doesn’t like women, but I was totally unprepared for his rude treatment. I could hear him talking to a man ahead of me in Spanish for many minutes before my online-set appointment, apparently ignoring my appointment. What advantage to pre-setting an appointment if not treated with respect and punctuality? I hope he will treat future patients better.
