I started to go to the emergency room at UT hospital. I’m glad that I didn’t go. I received a good care at urgent care if I have an issue, I will definitely come back. The price was reasonable with good service. Thanks for all the help.

The whole experience was excellent. I’m not very good with computers but the checkin staff was helpful clearly explaining. Nurses were efficient and competent from initial BP check to the shot I had to get at the end of the appt. The PA, Steven, whom I’ve had before, is very competent. He listens and acts accordingly. I highly recommend AFC on North Campbell Station Rd.

Came into the clinic with flu-like symptoms and was called back almost immediately. Front office staff was very friendly. Lainey the medical assistant was very personable, super funny, and so sweet. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
