I am an urgent care/family med nurse. I understand waits and how things can back up. With all the being said I’ll never come back again. I was told when we got in the room there were two pts in front of my kid. We were waiting 40 minutes past our scheduled “appointment” time before we even got to the room. I was annoyed but it was okay because again I get it. 40 minutes later after the 2 pt notification we were told there was one more pt in front of us. How do you spend 40 minutes with one pt in an urgent care setting? Additionally the collection of my kids swabs was crazy- carrying them out of the room out in the open in the tech’s hands with no identifiers or anything. The NP never asked me any questions beyond what pharmacy we wanted. She got a run down from the tech I’m sure but it’s just nice after waiting so long to have more than 3-5 mins with the practitioner. In the end we got antibiotics and I suppose that’s something but this was such a weird visit. Also the facility is pretty run down.

This is my new favorite place! Each Staff member is extremely caring , loving & welcoming to both children & parents! Cleanliness in the entire facility is amazing! Wait time is so short which I absolutely love because no one likes waiting hours to be seen right?! Super convenient! Had battled a sore throat all weekend and was able to get an appointment before noon on Monday. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Got in to see the doctor after a short wait. The doctor examined me and addressed my concerns and sent in a prescription to help me. Very pleased with the doctor and satisfied with my experience there. Would definitely recommend this urgent care .

Super fast, CLEAN, and amazing doctors, nurses and staff. I booked our child’s appointment through solv website, but even though we had a set time, they worked us in according to how many patients were there. We are self pay so the cost was what I expected, but not outrageous. The check in was super easy, I did it from my phone right after we parked. I totally recommend this facility for any child minor emergency. Our pediatrician actually recommended us to come here and I wouldn’t doubt the quality of care especially if our established practice is recommending. OUTSTANDING!!! Next Level Urgent Care, Hutto - 720 U.S. 79 W

This was probably our best experience of any urgent care or doctors office recently. My 4 year old was feeling under the weather and the staff was so kind and patient. They really made us feel taken care of.
