I got in very quickly! Everyone was kind, caring and very professional, thorough and efficient. I always receive the most excellent care there! My fav place to go for my basic medical needs!

Had to wait a bit for my scheduled apointment, but was pleased by the care I recieved.

I had been to Indigo in Federal Way before so since I have a bad cough with other symptoms and a very sore wrist from a fall I called them!  Everyone, from scheduling, sign in, Dr P. Singh, nursing, xray, all were very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

First time visiting this clinic, was a long time patient of Dr Adatia and felt at ease when I met Dr. Phillips. She was very easy to talk to,  very knowledgeable, very pleasant and has a great bedside manner! I don’t feel as though anything was missed in changing physicians.

I had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I was very happy to get an appt right away when they opened. Staff was professional and very nice. Clean, quiet environment.

The staff members were very professional as well as helpful with the procedures. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking health care immediately.

I woke up with my eyes crusted over. Called indigo, Dustin and the first appointment they had was @ 5:15pm. I showed up 15 minutes early and waited in the Lobby for 30 minutes.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

Very good customer service and care with the patient! 10 out of 10 for the staff, ambient and building as a whole!

Staff was great and very empathetic to the pain I was in. They explained the treatment options well.

Recommend designated providers for appointments & separate providers for walk-ins.  Appointments are rarely on time , & because they bump walk-ins, the walk ins keep waiting & waiting & waiting - I’ve been twice to indigo in the last month & both times waited over 2 hours . It’s not a good system the way it is now.  Or have appointments only at select locations, but both at the same place is a nightmare
