I was disappointed with how she had her mind made up what was wrong without really understanding what I was going through. And not able or willing to do a blood test to check for my acid levels. And then to top it off give a prescription for Ibuprofen.

On April 23, 2019 I was a patient at this Urgent Care and was treated by PA Beatrice. I was given the utmost professional care. After treatment, Beatrice encouraged me to go directly to the ER because my situation could have been life threatening. I was very sick, however I was fortunate my critical tests came out negative at the ER. Throughout the week Beatrice had called my to see how I was doing which I consider going above and beyond. Again, the employees at this Urgent Care were not just knowledgeable, but had a human side of truly caring for the patients. This gives me great confidence in Jackson about the health care at this Urgent Care facility.
