Friendly Staff

Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

the office personnel are very nice and knowledgeable. the wait wasn't bad, depending on number of patients. I have been several times and if they think you need the hospital, they let you know. Their care was great!! They are usually busy, so I know there will be a wait. We depend on our Med access here in Roxboro.

This clinic has an overall phenomenal atmosphere. The front desk staff are extremely professional and friendly and the providers are extremely dedicated to what they do. I also enjoy that they have extended walk-in hours, which many clinics in Hillsborough do not have. I feel privileged to come to Orange Family!

Short Wait Time

I usually hate having to go to the clinic and decided to try this new place. Amazing experience surprisingly! Filled in all my info when I booked my appointment online. So no paperwork work upon arrival, just checked in on a tablet. Waiting room was so cozy and lovely and got to see Paul who had such a great bedside manner. Was so quick, pleasant and seamless

Been going here for 25 years and I have a primary that I see. Rarely have I had to see someone other than my primary. Betty haswell is excellent and up on the latest research. Katrina just came back part time and also is excellent. I love this place. I would recommend it to everyone and have sent several people here. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful.

Friendly Staff

This is my new favorite place to get care without bothering my specialists unnecessarily. I saw Chad Tiller, PA and he handled my problem with competency and professionalism. Wait time a bit slow (had online appointment) which they texted me would be late by 40 minutes but my phone wasn't charged. My bad. Over all a great new experience.

While the wait was over an hour, the help was excellent. Dr. Megan Fleming and RN Yuka were terrific in caring for me husband, elderly citizen with MS and current problem of bleeding.
