Friendly Staff

Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

Short Wait Time

My appointment was fine until they tried to call in my prescription. They sent to a pharmacy that’s closed. Then I called in to get help and an hour later I’ve heard nothing.

Short Wait Time

I can say without doubt this Urgent Care facility has made my life better and healthier. If you are sick, you can walk in and get fast, courteous, excellent attention to you illness at very reasonable cost. I have been treated there for sinus infections, flu, shingles, even a no wait minor surgery for a cyst! Treatment has always been top notch. The staff are super dedicated to providing treatment (rather than piling on useless tests) and have always been friendly and courteous.

the office personnel are very nice and knowledgeable. the wait wasn't bad, depending on number of patients. I have been several times and if they think you need the hospital, they let you know. Their care was great!! They are usually busy, so I know there will be a wait. We depend on our Med access here in Roxboro.
