I wish to thank and compliment Fatima (the manager) and her outstanding Team of people at 160 West 100th Street for their efficiency and professionalism in conducting my COVID-19 C19 Test today! They are true professionals from the moment you enter the building, from the security officer, initial screening / scheduling officer, second scheduling / screening officer and finally the clinician who performs the test. I was so pleased and impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the team and facility that I asked to speak with the manager (Fatima) to provide positive feedback in person and am delighted to be able to provide additional written feedback here. I must say that in a time of chaos (COVID) the staff was so friendly, patient and professional. The wait time is very minimal for walk-ins and almost non-existent if you have an appointment. My appointment was at 10:00 am for my two son’s and by 11:20am we were home with results. The cleanliness of the office was superb. I highly recommend this place 5 stars!
