They are true professionals from the moment you enter the building, from the security officer, initial screening / scheduling officer, second scheduling / screening officer and finally the clinician who performs the test. I was so pleased and impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the team and facility that I asked to speak with the manager (Fatima) to provide positive feedback in person and am delighted to be able to provide additional written feedback here. This was my first visit, and I was very impressed with the staff. They are professional and they go out of their way to make sure that you understand all procedures. I was also impressed with the cleanliness on the floor, from the very first moment I step onto the 2nd floor, I felt welcomed. I highly recommended
