My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Waited 2hr after checking in until my vital and blood pressure where taken . Then another 20mins till doctor came into room .only saw doctor at max 5mins which is the best part but there was . only 2 patients in front of me in office .the lady in front of me ask why she's been waiting 1.5hrs to be seen then 10mins later they called her in ... after I left it took another 30mins for them to send meds over pharmacy.. hire more doctors to work there. Or have someone help them with paperwork so patient turn around is better. This is the 2nd time with a long wait last time was 3hrs in waiting room with my daughter . I don't think I will be using you again .. nobody feeling sick wants to spend 2-3hrs to get care ridiculous

I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.

Brought my daughter in because her pediatrician was the opposite direction of an appointment I needed to get to. She has a vital ear infection and conjunctivitis, she had the same virus last spring. I thought it would be faster to do urgent care. We sat in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours with 5 or 6 other groups. Only one person was brought in during that time, he had a significant cut and they sent him to the hospital after a quick evaluation. They did not appear busy and 4 or 5 patients came out over the course of that time. When we were finally brought in, minutes after the one group that was ahead of us, they did an initial intake and put us in a room for another 30 minutes or so. The doctor finally came in, he was with us for maybe 4 minutes and we were on our way. All staff members were very nice, friendly and professional but they should have alerted us that they were on a 2+ hour wait. We would have gone elsewhere.

The staff is wonderful  The PA Victoria was informative and helpful  Professional.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
