Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Great place the staff is so pleasant and helpful they explained everything that was wrong from start to end thanks so much .The wait time was only a few minutes check in process was very easy.The doctor on staff went above and beyond. I drove 20 min just to go there because they treat everyone like family

The PSR Timothy, White with thorough, he did An x-ray of my lungs to rule out pneumonia bronchitis put me on antibiotics because of the green phlegm with blood that I was having and the constant cough in the throat that I had because he hurt crackling in my lungs. He was good. He was good.

My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

Lovely place.  From the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.  Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

Everyone was great. From in take, to vitals to Dr. Faud it was amazing. Friendly and caring. Next day I felt so much better. Will come for future care. Only thing they had Spanish speaking patients and no one was available to translate or help them. But they did try with using the phone translating but someone should be onboard that can help with this type of situation. But overall great place.
