Staff was very nice, facility was clean, results were quick

After being turned down by the Urgent Care closest to my house I checked my phone and found Optum.  After arriving I was checked in within a few minutes. Saw a nurse and didn’t even have time to look at my phone and the doctor came in.  He sent my prescription electronically and by the time I got to the drug store my prescription was ready.  Very good experience.  Would recommend!!

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.

My grandson hasn’t been feeling well for a couple of days. My daughter recommended Optum UC but there were no appointments available that day. The website said they were booked up for the day. So we went as “walk-in” and was prepared to wait for quite some time. But we were in and out in an hour. Everyone was courteous and friendly from start to finish. The doctor was quick and answered any question I had. I will be using OUC again and recommend them to anyone.

I had a relapse of a sinus infection and was not able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Stopped to Optum on a whim and was thrilled with the whole process from cleanliness to pleasant staff yo a responsive doctor who listened and cared

The whole experience from start to finish was way above many other places I've been. Dr. Nick lamb was very friendly and knowledgeable for the problems that I had. I want to say thx to all the staff a riverside you all did a great job.
