This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. The check-in process is a breeze especially when making an appointment online thru the Solv app. I definitely would recommend this urgent to anyone!!! Amazing job

Woke up this morning, deciding to finally go to urgent care. I was sick now for a week  and feeling worse each day. I’ve been to Next Care before a was treated very well then and this time also the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind with checking in. The rest of the staff was also. I will continue to use Next Care for my emergencies. Thank you very much

The doctor I saw was very warm and caring and also very thorough. I had a great experience and I am a returning patient at City Doc — both in person and virtually.

Amazing and thorough service from nurse practitioner. She went above and beyond to assess my continuous congestion and cough and suggested I see an ENT. I’ve just scheduled that appointment.

This was my second time coming in for hives. This time was MUCH worse and borderline anaphylactic shock. The nurses were so helpful and considerate. I was treated immediately and out within 45 minutes. Would recommend this location 10000x!

Dr.Lee was very kind and helpful with his advice on my ring finger and pinky finger that got hurt I felt alot better after my visit to the clinic and believe my fingers will be just fine. Thank you.

The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

All aspect - facility, front office, nurse and doctor were great!

My PCP wasn't able to get me in quickly enough so I made a same day appt with CityDoc with just a few hours notice. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and was on my way about 10-15 minutes after my appointment started. Great experience and glad they could help.

Easy check in process and minimal wait time. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained her thought process well.

My girl got a thumb injury on the trampoline. This was our first time at this urgent care. We were able to get in and be seen in great time with X-rays done on site. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. And we all loved Angenette the NP!!! She was so wonderful and engaging to talk to - both for my child and myself. Thank you all for a great experience!!

Overall, my visit was a very pleasant one. I simply don’t like filling in forms online. But the staff was excellent!

Got an appointment today for 4:00 for my granddaughter. Took her and her brother to the appointment. Noticed that he was wheezing too. The Staff helped me arrange an appointment to see him at the same time. I was amazed at how swiftly they took care or things.  I love this clinic. The PA Heather was above the moon. Quickly got them diagnosed and medicine sent to the pharmacy
